Music 1 SE License Agreement

The license is for one Music 1 SE database which may be used for webcast stream or background music service. The license is non-transferable. 

In purchasing the software/database license, the new licensee affirms that he/she has tested and evaluated the software in advance and found it to be acceptable for his/her applied use. By requesting an authorized user license code, purchaser waives rights to obtain refund for any amount paid for the license.

Music 1 Inc. shall provide free telephone support for 30 days after payment has been made for the purchase. Subsequent phone support shall be provided for per-incident fee of $30, or the currently posted fee amount. Email support shall be provided without charge.

Due to credit card fraud, all licensees will be provided with an immediate temporary license code authorizing use for a 90 day period which is the time allowed by credit card holders to challenge suspicious or unauthorized charges. Afterward, usage authorization codes will be provided to the licensee annually; there is no charge or fee for updated codes to licensed users.
