There are two versions of Music 1 for broadcast radio and a two versions for webcasters. Some webcasters choose one or the other of the broadcast versions because of additional functions they
have.
Music 1 for Broadcast Radio Music 1 Version 6 is the most advanced software. New functions and enhancements that we and our users think
of go into this one. It continues to grow and evolve.
Music 1 LE is the Legacy Edition. It was formerly our Version 4. This is a 'finished' software and no significant upgrades are planned for it. It is solid and well
engineered, quick, efficient and economical. If you get LE, you can expect many years of satisfaction and dependability.

Music 1 for Webcasting Music 1 SE was developed specifically for use with the widely popular webcast playout system SAM Broadcaster. SE produces a
common .m3u playlist so it can also be used with other webcast playout systems such as OtsA/V, TuneTracker, RadioCube, etc., anything that can read, import and use the simple .m3u -type playlist file.
This includes all the consumer media players like WinAmp, Windows Media, etc.
Music 1 SE also has a built-in interface for Live365.com webcasters using the "locker" system. It
automatically imports the audio data from the Live365 locker and uploads the finished playlists to the Live365 playlist folder. For more stations with more demanding needs, we also have a Version 6
software for Live365.com
Some webcasters choose to set-up to the more advanced, commercial radio edition of Music 1 in order to have access to the many more advanced functions it containts.
